Leigh Cecilia Formilleza
President & CEO, BrandSpeakAsia, Inc.
Leigh has had an outstanding career in the field of business development primarily leading in the conceptualization and development of communications, business marketing, and public relations proposals for clients in various industries. She has led and managed campaigns for non-profit organizations and environmental PR such as the USAIDʼS “Energy and Clean Air Project”; Healthcare advocacy programs such as Abbott Laboratories, “The RED Treatment, Anti-Obesity Campaign;” and, corporate communication campaigns in various industries.
Leigh has also spearheaded an underground research for a crisis management for a pharmaceutical company. Leigh serves as a consultant in business development for SMEʼs in the insurance, events and management consultancy industry. She is also a technical writer focused in industry analysis and is a contributing lifestyle writer for selected publications.
Leigh has gained significant recognition and awards in the field of sales and marketing prior to her public relations career.
Leigh finished her bachelorʼs degree in Industrial Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific in the Philippines, as a scholar of the Institute of International Education, C.V. Starr Foundation based in NY, New York, USA.
Chariza Medina-Salgado

Tsaris is a highly experienced media professional with extensive network among local-based and international media. She has significant experience in conceptualization, creative development and production of print and broadcast materials.
Tsaris has gained substantial public relations experience as a member of different governmental and non-governmental organizations. She was particularly involved in handling PR for the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP).
At OPAPP, Tsaris was also involved in the development and publication of materials such as the countryʼs official reports submitted to the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) i.e., “Report on the Implementation of the 1996 Final Peace Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF);” and “Peace Education Teaching Exemplars for Elementary Schools” in close collaboration with the Department of Education, UNICEF and AusAID and Commission reports of the CHR.
She was also An editorial consultant at the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) having involved in development and publication of the Commissionʼs official yearend reports. Tsaris completed a course on International Human Rights through a scholarship at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strassbourg, France. To a large extent, she has conceptualized, organized and sourced out funds for fact-finding projects and humanitarian missions in conflict-areas in the country, in her experience as the Executive Director of the Ecumenical Commission for Displaced Families and Communities (ECDFC), a non-government organization established in 1986 to assist victims of internal displacement due to human-made disasters.
